Multi Point Locks

Multi Point Locks are a common lock found in UPVC, Aluminium and Composite doors they are a great locking solution giving you good security locking your door in multiple points generally top, centre and bottom of the door they were first used on UPVC doors because of the amount of flex you get in plastic doors and people trying to break in found it quite easy to either hit a door at the top or bottom to allow them to pop the centre lock and break in, just remember a locking system is only as good as the other parts like security escutcheons, high security cylinders and high quality hinges

giving you a complete locking solution. We find the biggest call we get is when all the locking points do not engage and this stops the door being locked properly by the cylinder and this is generally caused by door movement or building movement through the seasons of the year but this can normally be fixed by adjusting the hinges or a slight adjustment of the frame keeps.
