Saracen 3 point window locks for Aluminium Windows are quite a common part we come across that go faulty, normally caused by debris in the centre keep or the window handle being forced shut via the handle when then corner locks are not quite in the correct position to lock in to the corner keeps and making the lock come out of the teeth on the sliding locking system.
