Out comes the WSS door spares. These flats are on the Heathrow flight path and all have triple glazed windows and doors for sound proofing but in turn make the doors and windows very heavy and prone to needing repairs as the WSS hardware fitted at this time had all the tilt Cast keeps which are prone to cracking, the new WSS parts all have the Steel keeps which is much better when it comes to wear and durability. WSS parts since Brexit been very hard to get hold of but we keep stock of parts and have also made a very good relationship with a German WSS supplier and now we are able to Import WSS door & window parts within a couple of weeks once identified and have even had some specially altered flush bolts made up for a like for like replacement for one of our London restaurant chains that had bi-folding full length locking system/flush bolt operated.
